At Collins Debden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
